Interaction with male personnel (Mark- who is also the owner) was dismissive and rude. I have NEVER received this treatment from anyone at any level. Male personnel (Mark) acted as if he were doing me a favor rather than his assigned job to fix my television. Would NOT recommend Totally Electronics to my worst enemy. TOTALLY RUDE should be the name of this company. Thoroughly DISGUSTED!
